Ken White, a lawyer whose podcast "Make No Law" was a wonderful exploration of the United States Constitution, now has a new podcast, "Serious Trouble," and he has posted a list of "arguably predictable consequences," which foment violence from the government toward the people they govern/oppress.

Mad Dog refuses to acknowledge every American Killed or maimed or raped or drugged by illegal criminal invaders. This is classic leftist nonsense. Riotous leftist mobs are attempting to block federal law enforcement. That is exactly what the KKK was about Mad Dog. They even mauled a federal officer. It is irresponsible speech from the far left that is leading young men and women to interfere with federal law enforcement while heavily armed. It is the same speech that led to two assassination attempts on President Trump and the murder of Charlie Kirk. You don;t have the moral high ground because you are defending terrorist supporters and criminal invaders. Only to the extent that you defend Freedom of Protest and Speech are you advocating American Values. There is no civil right to drive a car directly at federal officers or to interfere with federal arrests. Whether the young man who was shot was engaged in unlawful activity is difficult to determine; however persons on the ground in the process of being arrested should not be shot unless the officer had reason to believe he could mortally threaten them which would seem impossible based upon the video.
